For a peaceful getaway in the heart of the Fens, this beautifully presented lodge is wonderful for anglers, walkers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. It’s located within a charming holiday park in Welney, Norfolk. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of scenic walking trails, making it a great spot for ramblers and dog walkers. Bird watchers will love the nearby Welney Wetlands (2.5 miles). On evenings where you don’t fancy cooking, unwind at the village’s pub known for its excellent food just 0.5 miles away. And when it’s time for a fun day trip, the cathedral city of Ely (10.5 miles) is a must-visit with its vibrant food scene, riverside boat trips and lively weekly market. The market town of Downham Market (12 miles) is another fabulous option.

Step into the lodge and you’ll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, where your group can play games and tuck into meals together. A stylish and well-thought-out decor, featuring plants, artwork and homely decorative touches, makes you feel immediately welcome.
